Overview
We are looking for a Creative Content & Copywriter who can think, write, and create across formats. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with creative storytelling, crafting communication that connects audiences to brands.
This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll be responsible for writing engaging content and copy for both social media campaigns and digital assets such as websites, blogs, and SEO content. You’ll collaborate with social media, design, and strategy teams to deliver ideas, captions, blog posts, and creative communication that align with brand goals and voice.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Copy & Creative Writing
- Write engaging copy and creative hooks for posts, reels, stories, ads, and campaign ideas across multiple platforms.
- Contribute to monthly content calendars and brainstorming sessions with the Social Media team.
- Develop taglines, captions, jingles, rhymes, and ad scripts that enhance campaign storytelling.

- Adapt tone and voice for different brands (B2B and B2C) while maintaining originality and clarity.
- Collaborate with Social Media Executives and Designers to ensure copy complements visuals and creative concepts.
Content Writing & Marketing Communication
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
- Conduct research on industries, products, and audiences to create relevant and well-informed content.
- Create compelling brand stories, articles, and landing page content that drive engagement and conversions.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, structure, and consistency with brand tone.
- Use AI tools and writing platforms for ideation, optimization, and faster content generation where relevant.
Collaboration & Creativity
- Work closely with Social Media Managers, Creative Leads, and SEO teams to align copy with marketing objectives.
- Participate in client strategy discussions to understand communication goals and brand identity.
- Stay updated on social media trends, pop culture references, and storytelling formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in content writing and copywriting for digital platforms (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media communication, brand tonality, and storytelling.
- Excellent written English with the ability to write short, impactful, and clear copy.
- Familiarity with SEO practices, keyword integration, and blog structuring.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and experiment across formats.
- Awareness of AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) for content creation and ideation.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Advertising, or Marketing preferred.
