HNI India - a premium home & office furniture brand, is a part of HNI corporations - a company founded in 1944 in Muscatine, Iowa. It is a global leader in providing ergonomic and modern, office and home furniture. HNI India excels in designing & manufacturing state of art Office Chairs, Collaborative Workspaces, Entire Setups of Offices, etc. In India, they have offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Bengaluru.

Expectation

HNI India was clear with a few requirements. They wanted us to build their business profile, get it listed in the Google business listing and manage the same.They wanted their website to get more organic visitors using various platforms. They wanted us to leverage our technical SEO skills to get their website rank for authority dominance in search rankings. Eventually, the goal was to build brand awareness using necessary sources such as blogs, articles and other organic activities to publicize HNI

IKF’s Approach

The website was built keeping in mind the spirit of the brand and the need for visual cues to the ultra modern, ergonomic and simplistic designs that HNI stands for. The navigation was kept simple with clear tabs to maneuver effortlessly.As part of our on-page SEO optimization activities, we carried out thorough competitor analysis and keyword research. We filled in tight meta-descriptions and placed high-ranking keywords in Blogs, etc. The website itself had very little content so we had to offset the weight by writing illustrious high quality and keyword oriented blogs. Representing a premium home and office furniture brand, finding appropriate blog topics was especially difficult and required a lot of topic research. To support and attract organic traffic to the strongly built website, we listed HNI India on Google business listings and utilized all the optimization options such as adding products for all locations that would then be directed towards the website.We also made changes to their existing Google Business Listing such as correcting the address and contact number wherever required. We also wrote Quora answers and a few off page blogs apart from Social Bookmarking, web 2.0 and video submissions to supplement the SEO efforts.

Outcome

HNI India enjoyed an increase of 47.68% in the users/visitors. In a period of 12 months, we were able to achieve an increase in HNI India’s page views by 31.62%. The website now generates high-quality traffic with a decent 47.83% rise in sessions.
