I Knowledge Factory is looking for a System Administrator for the Tech Support Department to manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure while delivering reliable technical support for client-facing services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, network stability, server performance, and security compliance across internal and external environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical ownership, and the ability to resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining business continuity, minimizing downtime, and supporting both organizational and client technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Internal Infrastructure Management

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and internal user systems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Monitor and manage firewall configurations and internet connectivity
  • Maintain and support on-premises servers
  • Perform server updates, maintenance, and backup monitoring
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network-related connectivity issues
  • Manage antivirus deployment, updates, and threat detection

Client Technical Support

  • Manage domain registration, renewal, and transfers
  • Configure and manage DNS records
  • Install, renew, and troubleshoot SSL certificates
  • Monitor and maintain client web hosting environments
  • Provide technical support for hosting-related issues
  • Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email systems

System Monitoring & Security

  • Monitor system health, uptime, and performance
  • Identify and resolve technical incidents promptly
  • Implement security best practices across systems
  • Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance

Documentation & Process Support

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation
  • Record incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
  • Support process improvements for operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in system administration ,Technical support or IT Infrastructure Management.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server troubleshooting.
  • Experience with firewall and network management.
  • Knowledge of DNS, domain management, and SSL certificate configuration.
  • Familiarity with web hosting environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of server backup and recovery processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation ability
