As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth across website development, digital marketing, performance campaigns, LinkedIn branding, and AI-driven automation.
You’ll engage directly with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers from mid- to large-sized B2B enterprises, understanding their challenges and positioning IKF’s tailored digital and AI solutions to help them grow.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify high-potential industries and decision-makers to target for B2B and enterprise opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email automation, and industry databases.
- Nurture leads through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and value-driven communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert campaign leads into qualified business discussions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client goals, digital challenges, and transformation opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with pre-sales and strategy teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent IKF in strategic client discussions and business networking forums.
Consultative Selling & Strategy Alignment:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning IKF’s solutions with their business objectives.
- Stay informed on AI adoption, digital marketing trends, and technology advancements to recommend relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM for all leads, meetings, and proposals.
- Generate insight-based reports on lead pipeline, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and market expansion.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development or consultative sales within digital marketing, IT, or related industries.
- Proven success in generating and closing qualified leads through structured outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web solutions, and AI-based automation tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable managing a long sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a lead-to-opportunity conversion ratio above 50%.
- Build and sustain a pipeline 8–10× the monthly revenue goal.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and accuracy above 95%.
- Consistently contribute to client retention and satisfaction scores.
