Overview
At IKF, we are evolving into a full-fledged AI-driven solutions company. As our Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive – AI & SaaS Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across industry verticals by selling our off-the-shelf AI and SaaS products. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and outreach, to product demonstrations, proposal development, client negotiations, and deal closure.
Your ability to understand enterprise needs, communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and deliver tailored solutions, will help position IKF as a trusted AI solutions partner for businesses across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to target prospects across industries via cold-calling, email marketing, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and nurture them through continuous engagement.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations to showcase the value and ROI of IKF’s AI and SaaS offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in collaboration with internal product teams.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle — from lead qualification, proposal, closure, to client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, proposals, and client communications in CRM.
- Work with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and industry trends to help refine product positioning and sales strategy.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS / IT product sales or related business development roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise sale cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proven track record in lead generation, converting prospects, and managing full sales cycle.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined approach to lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle long sales cycles, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and deliver results under targets.
- Strong negotiation skills, client-centric approach, and commitment to professionalism.
