Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media strategy and execution for our B2B and B2C clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various social platforms, content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and client communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for B2B and B2C clients.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, video, and more) across all major platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to grow online communities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity in all posts.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to enhance client strategies.
- Generate performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients regularly.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives, review performance, and align on strategies.
- Manage social media calendars, ensure timely delivery of posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C brand accounts.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
