Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Executive / Senior Social Media Executive who understands the power of storytelling and brand communication in the digital world.
This role goes beyond posting — it’s about building brands through ideas, narratives, and digital experiences. You’ll craft strategies, create content, and manage communities that bring a brand’s story to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand-led social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
- Conceptualize and create campaign ideas, themes, and narratives aligned with the client’s brand voice.
- Plan, script, and coordinate multimedia content (visuals, videos, reels, stories, polls, etc.) across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Work closely with design, video, and content teams to deliver cohesive, creative campaigns.
- Use AI-assisted tools for content ideation, social listening, and analytics-driven insights.
- Manage social media calendars, post scheduling, and ensure consistent brand tone and aesthetic.
- Monitor conversations, engage with followers, and build authentic online communities.
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, and conversions; provide monthly analytics reports and improvement insights.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, storytelling formats, and creator collaborations.
- For Senior roles – lead brand communication strategy, mentor junior team members, and manage high-profile client portfolios.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in managing brand communication and social media strategy.
- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and campaign dynamics.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities — able to turn brand values into engaging narratives.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting engagement data and applying insights creatively.
- Exposure to AI-based content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically, balancing aesthetics with performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for client communication.
