Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Social Media Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive strategic brand growth for IKF’s clients.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, storyteller, and brand guardian who can connect creativity with business outcomes. You will oversee social media, content, creative, video, ORM, and performance marketing teams — ensuring every campaign reflects brand purpose, consistency, and innovation.
This is a purely strategic and leadership-driven role. You will not be involved in execution but will instead focus on guiding team strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring brand objectives are achieved through collaboration, creativity, and measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Social Media Executives, Content Writers, Video Creators, Designers, ORM Specialists, and Performance Marketers.
- Define and drive group-level social media and brand communication strategies for multiple clients across industries.
- Develop long-term brand growth and retention strategies, ensuring innovation and alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal experts from each domain (social, creative, video, content, performance) to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand direction.
- Manage client relationships at a strategic level, including regular review meetings, campaign brainstorming, and escalation handling.
- Act as the bridge between creative, content, and performance teams, ensuring smooth communication and shared strategic direction.
- Oversee innovation strategy — identifying new digital opportunities, tools, and creative trends for client brands.
- Ensure each client’s brand presence is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze overall account health, retention performance, and innovation success across portfolios.
- Represent IKF as a senior brand partner in key client presentations and strategic sessions.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in digital or brand communication, with proven success managing multi-functional creative teams.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer engagement in both B2B and B2C domains.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align and inspire creative, content, and marketing teams.
- Experience in managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously with clear communication and accountability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect brand objectives to digital outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills for high-level client interactions.
- Understanding of performance marketing frameworks (without direct campaign management).
- Educational background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing preferred.
