Timelines extend when content is not ready at the agreed milestone, when stakeholder feedback is delayed or unconsolidated, or when integration requirements surface mid-project that were not included in the original scope. Internal effort from the client side is frequently underestimated: providing content, reviewing and approving designs, coordinating third-party vendor access for integrations, and conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) all require dedicated time from team members who have other responsibilities.
