Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to take complete ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across functions and domains. The role demands strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. With 90% of the responsibilities focused on recruitment, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about identifying and onboarding top talent.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility – 90%)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles across IT, Non-IT, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth closure of positions.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and regular status reports to hiring stakeholders.
2. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Represent the company professionally and promote the employer brand through communication and interactions.
- Share inputs to improve job descriptions and hiring strategies based on market feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
3. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
- Assist in planning and executing seamless onboarding for new hires in coordination with internal teams.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven expertise in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
